At BAPA SITARAM GOLD ART, customer satisfaction is our priority. We manufacture and sell premium Gold and Silver Bangles and strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 days from the date of receiving your product without providing any reason, subject to the return eligibility conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

A product will be eligible for return only if:

The return request is submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product is returned with its original packaging, invoice, and all accompanying items.
The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
An unedited Parcel Opening Video is compulsory for all claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. Claims without a parcel opening video may not be accepted.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase.
Wrong product selected by the customer.
Customized or personalized products.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging.
Return requests made after the 2-day return period.
Claims for damaged or incorrect products without a parcel opening video.

BAPA SITARAM GOLD ART reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
COD order refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account after verification.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during sales, special offers, promotional campaigns, or discounted pricing are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted only when:

The product received is damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong product has been delivered.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, an appropriate refund or alternate solution will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products unless the return has been approved due to:

Damaged product
Defective product
Wrong product delivered

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as BAPA SITARAM GOLD ART cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
